By accessing or using StickerSketch, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service. These terms apply to all users, whether using free credits or purchased credits.
Use of Service
StickerSketch provides AI-powered image-to-sticker conversion and optional sticker printing services. You may use the service for personal and commercial purposes. You are responsible for ensuring you have the legal rights to any images you upload for sticker generation.
Credits & Purchases
StickerSketch operates on a credit-based system. Each credit allows you to generate one sticker design. Credits are non-transferable between accounts. Purchased credits do not expire. Refunds for unused credits are available within 30 days of purchase by contacting support@stickersketch.com.
Print Orders
When you place a print order through StickerSketch, you are purchasing physical stickers produced by our printing partners. Order pricing, shipping estimates, and production timelines are provided at the time of checkout. We make reasonable efforts to ensure print quality matches the digital preview, but minor variations in color and finish may occur due to the nature of physical printing.
Intellectual Property
You retain all rights to images you upload and sticker designs generated from your images. StickerSketch does not claim ownership of your content. You grant us a limited, temporary license to process your images for the sole purpose of generating sticker designs and fulfilling print orders. Do not upload images you do not have the rights to use.
Prohibited Uses
You may not use StickerSketch to generate stickers containing illegal content, hate speech, copyrighted material you do not have rights to, or content that infringes on the rights of others. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or abuse the AI generation system. We reserve the right to refuse service and revoke credits for violations.
Limitation of Liability
StickerSketch is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the service, including but not limited to printing costs, lost revenue, data loss, or any issues with print order quality beyond our stated print quality guarantee.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We recommend reviewing these terms periodically.
